The Research and Development department relies on a matrix organisation : more efficient with guarantees of optimum quality. It is made up by technical experts, technical directors, and project leaders who manage multidisiplinary teams.

This department is made up of 100 engineers and technicians who implement the best adapted procedures for finding the best solutions to improve the quality of each product .

• The " Product Design " pre-production research cell assists in the " right " design. Research thereby gains time during development and products are more adapted to our clients'needs.

• The Research department works in partnership with suppliers in order to enable Kis to be constantly reactive and to benefit from the newest technologies.
